As you know we provide a terrific range of photo personalised products. Rather than duplicating information about them, we invite you to see the product ranges on our consumer web sites www.bagsoflove.co.uk and www.photo-canvas.com. This Trade Partner System means you can order all of these items at generous discounts - up to 40% off our retail prices. For an exact price list please register, but before you do that please see below. It explains what you are in for. This is what you will need to do to sell Contrado Imaging Ltd or Bags of Love [tm] products . 1. Have knowledge of how our process works, the construction and materials of the products and have the patience to talk customers through steps and answer their questions. We provide this knowledge to you via our web sites. 2. Order Method. You will need to capture the customers order details. Simple way is on paper order form (we provide template core terms and details - you tailor or brand it to your operation). Another way is through your web site but you need good technical assistance to build your own order application or to integrate our model into your website. Over the counter, over the phone, online - all areas you need to cover. 3. Image handling and transfer. You will get all manner of photos from customers - digital files of various forms and original photos from passport size, through postcard size (most common) to large format. Image handling means you need to be able to get customer digital image into your computer system by CD or email. And be able to upload, email or FTP to us. That means you need good reliable internet connection and broadband at least. CD read writer is also essential, as is a scanner to scan the original photos. You may be able to send us original photos by post but that slows process down and if you are outside UK is not recommended. 4. System and Management. You need to be able to record and track your orders. You will need to be efficient and effective in handling customers and ensuring the order is accurately placed with us. The variables are numerous and the opportunity for error is high so you must be well organised. Mistakes in custom made products are costly. 5. Creative and Artwork. You will need Photoshop and good enough computer skills to open, size, edit and correct photos. You need to be able to store them safely and have enough disk space to manage artwork. We will give you some guidance and instructions to work to. We will make available our templates for our products - these are in your 'Toolkit' once registered. 6. Sales and Marketing. Naturally you need to be excited and positive about providing wonderful custom made products to your customer base - and you must have the customer base or capability to attract customers to make it work for you. You know your area, market and opportunities to acquire customers. We expect you have some marketing communications and promotion techniques in operation. Our products do sell themselves but you need to get them in front of people. We provide plenty of text and images - these are in your 'Toolkit' once registered. If you can do all
