Registration Process
Simply fill out the application form. A senior Account Manager will review your details and call you. Once approved as a Trade Partner, we activate your account. You will receive an email informing you of your successful application along with Username and Password. You can then log in and access the system and make purchases at generous discounts.

Ordering and Payment Process
Ordering online is painless. Simply select the product, enter delivery destination details, enter payment details, (you pay by credit card - HTTPS secure) and then upload the image or elect to send CD by post. We then make and fulfill the order on your behalf.

Samples!
We have plenty of product lines and think it fair you purchase three samples at trade prices so you have some representation of the goods. You may well need more, and we can discuss further Sample Pack ideas to get you up and running. Let us know.


Viewing your Orders
As part of the system you get access to your Partner Admin section where you can see and review your placed orders e.g. "New Orders", "Progressing" or "Complete". We alert you by email of the despatch date and the tracking details so a job can be tracked to whichever delivery address you entered. The despatch note is branded to look like it comes from you. Payment Terms
You pay online with any major card (Sorry no Amex) at the point of ordering. Naturally you will benefit from the credit period given by your card provider. When you have placed an order you can print approved VAT invoice for each transaction for your accounting records. See example.
