The colours in this pattern I created for this apron reminded me so much of a trifle my mum used to make that I named it Trifle. This really is a fabulous apron, which also has an air of sophistication and order, with its neatly tiled leaf stems rising up like Cathedral arches. The leaves are simply beautiful. I kept to the exact shapes of the original leaves I found, and shaded them in beautiful hues, using a digital blending technique. Stunning shades of violet, orange, lime, mauve and apricot are seen here. A blissful combination.
