I adore the pattern here on the Round Tin that is suitable for biscuits and cakes. The pattern is called Leaves on Cerise, and it's found in my Oriental Leaves collection. The leaves are based on Hawthorn leaves, which are used in Bonsai creations in Japan. I love the Japanese way of taking an object and reducing it to it's basic shape, then surrounding it with an outline of contrasting colour. By using a deep red in the background, then paler leaves against it, bordered with outlines of a similar tonal value, a fabulous soft look is created. Filter Forge enabled me to create this stylish tin that brings real elegance to a kitchen, especially a white one.
