I couldn't believe how well these Sweetpeas turned out after i'd manipulated photographs i'd taken of them in my garden using Paint.net. The delicate tissue flowers with sun and shadow on them were fun to work on and the simplicity of their shape [without the intricate network of winding stems !] made it a surprisingly quick process. On Filter Forge i was able to see that actually they looked infinitely better on a solid background. As the flowers are uncomplicated they look particularly good on fabrics and curtains where a minimalist but bright and quirky design is wanted. They would also look fabulous on wallpaper for the nursery, or on bags, purses and other feminine products.
