Customer Service Representative - Ahmedabad, India

About the Team

You will be joining fun team of experienced people spanning customer services, marketing, design, promotion, and content developers. You will be given challenging projects to maximise our customer platform with potential.

Overall Purpose of the role

Help people with our products to total satisfaction and promote our brands to customers via Chat, Phone, Email, and social networks as required. An individual who wants to meet new people and always knows the right thing to say, both to customer and employees.

Principle Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Securing an excellent customer experience, supporting customers (phone, chat, email) in a multitasking environment – customer service & sales
  • Positive outlook and pro-active problem-solving skills
  • Order follow-up and prioritisation (knowledge of despatch systems and packing processing)
  • Good MS Excel skills and creative eye for design
  • Some basic understanding of design and optimised images, e.g. Photoshop,
  • Interested and up to date with internet / mobile trends
  • Experience in a highly competitive area is desired
  • High energy core skills – strong outgoing personality, drive, enthusiasm, persistence, winning mentality. Persuasive approach with good communication skills, manners and patience.
