Your custom made wallpaper borders are printed, cut and finished by hand by our team of skilled technicians. Extreme care and attention to detail are given to every order, to ensure an immaculate finish. When it comes to making borders for your walls, there are four options to choose from. The classic standard and our luxurious premium, as well as a textured and self-adhesive option. Both papers look and feel beautiful, with matte finishes and lightly textured faces. The strength and durability are the same in both options, and they hold up brilliantly to scratches, abrasions and scuffs. Being environmentally friendly is a key mission of ours. As such, both papers are eco-friendly with no solvents or odours. We only use water-based inks and the premium option has a certified ECO-print.
Care Instructions
If you need to clean your wallpaper borders UK produced then we recommend using a mild, soapy solution and a damp sponge. Use as little moisture as possible, and do not scrub at the dirt. Gently wipe instead. Although the colours will not run, if you scrub too hard, a natural nap in the paper might become visible.

Use a tape measure so you ensure you order the right amount of paper. The quality of your artwork also plays an important factor. Are the wallpaper borders easy to apply?
Very easy. You will receive hanging instructions with your order. The standard paper requires basic wallpaper paste for application, but the premium is water activated and pre-coated with adhesive, so you simply need to spray the wall and apply. We even have a peel and stick application self-adhesive paper.
How many different options of paper are there?
There are four different paper options for your wallpaper borders. Standard and premium, a textured option and a self-adhesive. All have the same matte finish with a textured face, but the premium offers a slightly higher quality print detail and an opaque finish.
Do I need to use lining paper?
You only need to use lining paper if you opt for the standard option. If you don't have lining paper, you could always apply white paint before the borders. The premium option is 100% opaque.

What's the best resolution to print in?
We print at 200dpi, which is a good combination of quality and file weight. Ideally, your image should be scaled to 100% at 200dpi, this means that no resizing of your file occurs stopping any interpolation.

Should I save my file as a TIFF or JPEG?
For multi-coloured or very detailed files we recommend using a tiff format, but they must be flattened. For simple colours and low detail files, a jpeg is fine.

Which colour model should I choose? RGB or CMYK?
We advise providing images in the RGB colour space. Specifically using the sRGB image profile, to achieve best colour results. What does this mean? In your editing software choose RGB as the working space, and assign the image profile as sRGB (full name sRGB IEC61966-2.1)

What does GSM mean?
Grams per Square Meter (GSM) is an international standard for measuring the weight of paper or fabric. GSM uses the weight of a square meter (1000 x 1000mm) as an indication of the weight and thickness of a given fabric. We class 20-100gsm as light (summer fabrics, gauzes and fine silks), 101-249 gsm as medium (most clothing fabrics) and 250+ gsm as heavy (upholstery fabrics, and other specialist fabrics).

What are the bleed areas?
When designing your product, it’s best to make sure that your image is slightly larger than needed. In printing, the extra printed image is referred to as a “Bleed Area” or margin, and it is removed from the finished piece. A bleed area acts as a buffer for slight inconsistencies in the manufacturing process. however, it’s important to fill your bleed areas completely, or you may end up with white, unprinted strips along the edge of your finished product.

Do you print on garments a customer supplies?
Unfortunately not. All our garments are printed on flat fabric and sewn into finished products, which gives a better, finished result and all-over print. We test meticulously so that we know what gets the best results on our fabrics, and our facilities cater perfectly to them. We do however print sublimation paper to order, so if you have access to a heat press you can press your fabrics or flat garments easily.

Can you Align a Pattern or design across panels of a garment?
We always strive for the greatest accuracy when printing and constructing your garments. However, due to unavoidable stretch or movement of the fabric during the stitching process, we cannot guarantee perfect pattern registration across garment seams. We are generally accurate within 2-3mm, which Is close enough for most patterns but may show slight issues with detailed geometric patterns.

Can I print my own Labels?
Most of our garments now come with printable label space for you to add your own company information and branding! If you would like to sew in your own labels, we also offer Printed Fabric Labels here.

How is your fabric printing eco-friendly?
With environmental consciousness in mind, our fabrics are all printed using completely water-based inks. This means no chemicals or solvents are used. Our heat fixing procedure fixes the colours and prints, avoiding the downsides of steaming, such as excess or contaminated water returning into the waste system. We have one facility in London where we conduct all the printing, production and fulfillment.

Delivery time & Costs
Production times
We handmake your item on site, which takes on average 1-3 days. Please check individual production times which are displayed next to the item price on the product page, as this varies from product to product. In rare cases when we need to re-print an item, this may take an additional 1-2 days.
Shipping methods
After your item has been manufactured, we ship your order via your chosen method. Please add on the production time to the delivery time to calculate when your order will be with you. Select your delivery method in your basket.
We have a range of trusted shipping options:
- Royal Mail 1st Class Standard (no tracking) - 1-5 working days on average (please note that this can take up to 15 working days in exceptional circumstances).
- Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (no tracking) - Usually delivered the next working day. It is not a guaranteed next day service, or a tracked service. A signature is required. (Please note that this can take up to 15 working days in exceptional circumstances).
- Special Delivery - Delivered the next working day
- Saturday Delivery (deliver only on Sat)
- Collection from our London Office (between 4-6pm on working days only)
- For international orders or large/bulky packages within the UK, we ship via DHL or Fedex services. This takes on average 2-5 working days.
