Head / Sr. Manager of PPC (Ahmedabad India)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly competent PPC Manager, in Ahmedabad India, who strategies & executes our search strategy for organic & paid traffic. You will develop and execute digital performance across video, search, paid social, display, affiliate, and drive traffic and increase sales, conversions, and engagement. Your team will be responsible for managing all SEO & PPC activities to grow our revenue and margins, ensuring maximised ROI and find new business opportunities by developing highly effective organic & paid strategies.  You will need international experience and be able to work in both a hands-on capacity and at a strategic level, being able to build comprehensive strategies. This is a full-service client side role and with our own department like an internal agency.

We will be growing the team immediately. You will need to be comfortable in managing all dept elements yourself. We will not be using any agencies, so you and the team will be doing everything in house from research to analysis and execution, reporting and proving ROI and presenting validated reports to Managing Director and Financial Director.


  • Development and management of all PPC activity, ROI, and delivery of SEO growth strategy
  • Build and develop the growth of SEM and Display programmes
  • Setting up and running PPC campaigns across all platforms AdWords, Bing, and other platforms
  • Implement paid social and display strategies, driving brand awareness and engaging new custom
  • Responsible for growing organic traffic on all website groups
  • Ensure maximum conversion through customer journey optimisation
  • Scale acquisition strategy into established & new key markets to maximise efficiencies and growth
  • Build & manage a team to scale up the campaigns
  • Summarise, analyse, and present results


  • 10 years’ experience in PPC and SEO in ecommerce role with strategic planning and execution
  • Experience with Google Analytics 360 Suite
  • B2C & B2B background ecommerce background only
  • Commercially focused on expansion revenue growth
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Experience in building and managing a team
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-manage
  • Confidence and ability to create financial growth and revenue into multiple millions £ / $
  • Clear communication skill and ability to demonstrate results ROI and progress to highest management, through precise testing and results from execution.
