    Offering staff and customers company logo keyrings is a great way to boost your business visibility. Logo keyrings are available on a smooth or textured finish. Textured leather will have the classic leather characteristics such as patina creases. There is also a faux leather, vegan friendly option.

How your custom business keyrings are made

After we receive the order for your logo keyring, we will directly print the design onto a sheet of smooth or textured Nappa leather. Alternatively, we can print the logo onto a warm leatherette (you can choose which option to have in the design phase). 

Once it is printed, your company logo keyrings are ready to be produced: Our team of craftsmen and seamstresses will cut the leather into your chosen shape and bond the edges - leaving space at the top to add a spongy padded insert. The leather is then stitched up using your chosen thread colour and the metal split ring is added. 

The custom business keyrings are then quality checked, and sent directly to you. 

Care Instructions

If your company logo keyrings become slightly dirty, you can simply wipe down the leather with a damp cloth. Do not attempt to machine wash your keyring.

Design Tips

Using the design interface you can upload your logo and position it on either a rectangular or heart shaped keyring. The product view will show you how each leather finish will look to help you choose which option to go for. 

You can also choose what colour stitching to go for - you might have a logo that features one of our stitch colours and can make the company logo keyrings co-ordinated. 

If you want to add your business information, you can use the text tool but be sure to position your text within the safe area and avoid getting too close to the stitch bleed area.

What is Nappa leather?

Nappa leather is a soft and lightweight calf leather that is really high quality and perfect for printing onto.

Can I add contact details to my company logo keyrings?

Yes, you can add your business email or contact number to the custom business keyrings but be sure to avoid the bleed area. Otherwise, your information will be distorted by the stitching.

How quickly will I receive my logo keyring?

You will receive your keyrings very quickly. If orders are received before 12pm, they can sometimes be made on the same day. We also offer next day delivery.

    What's the best resolution to print in?

    We print at 200dpi, which is a good combination of quality and file weight. Ideally, your image should be scaled to 100% at 200dpi, this means that no resizing of your file occurs stopping any interpolation.

    Should I save my file as a TIFF or JPEG?

    For multi-coloured or very detailed files we recommend using a tiff format, but they must be flattened. For simple colours and low detail files, a jpeg is fine.

    Which colour model should I choose? RGB or CMYK?

    We advise providing images in the RGB colour space. Specifically using the sRGB image profile, to achieve best colour results. What does this mean? In your editing software choose RGB as the working space, and assign the image profile as sRGB (full name sRGB IEC61966-2.1)


    What does GSM mean?

    Grams per Square Meter (GSM) is an international standard for measuring the weight of paper or fabric. GSM uses the weight of a square meter (1000 x 1000mm) as an indication of the weight and thickness of a given fabric. We class 20-100gsm as light (summer fabrics, gauzes and fine silks), 101-249 gsm as medium (most clothing fabrics) and 250+ gsm as heavy (upholstery fabrics, and other specialist fabrics).

    What are the bleed areas?

    When designing your product, it’s best to make sure that your image is slightly larger than needed. In printing, the extra printed image is referred to as a “Bleed Area” or margin, and it is removed from the finished piece. A bleed area acts as a buffer for slight inconsistencies in the manufacturing process. however, it’s important to fill your bleed areas completely, or you may end up with white, unprinted strips along the edge of your finished product.

    Do you print on garments a customer supplies?

    Unfortunately not. All our garments are printed on flat fabric and sewn into finished products, which gives a better, finished result and all-over print. We test meticulously so that we know what gets the best results on our fabrics, and our facilities cater perfectly to them. We do however print sublimation paper to order, so if you have access to a heat press you can press your fabrics or flat garments easily.

    Can you Align a Pattern or design across panels of a garment?

    We always strive for the greatest accuracy when printing and constructing your garments. However, due to unavoidable stretch or movement of the fabric during the stitching process, we cannot guarantee perfect pattern registration across garment seams. We are generally accurate within 2-3mm, which Is close enough for most patterns but may show slight issues with detailed geometric patterns.

    Can I print my own Labels?

    Most of our garments now come with printable label space for you to add your own company information and branding! If you would like to sew in your own labels, we also offer Printed Fabric Labels here.

  • Eco friendly Printing

    How is your fabric printing eco-friendly?

    With environmental consciousness in mind, our fabrics are all printed using completely water-based inks. This means no chemicals or solvents are used. Our heat fixing procedure fixes the colours and prints, avoiding the downsides of steaming, such as excess or contaminated water returning into the waste system. We have one facility in London where we conduct all the printing, production and fulfillment.

Production times

We handmake your item on site, which takes on average 1-3 days. Please check individual production times which are displayed next to the item price on the product page, as this varies from product to product. In rare cases when we need to re-print an item, this may take an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping methods

After your item has been manufactured, we ship your order via your chosen method. Please add on the production time to the delivery time to calculate when your order will be with you. Select your delivery method in your basket.

We have a range of trusted shipping options:
  • Royal Mail 1st Class Standard (no tracking) - 1-5 working days on average (please note that this can take up to 15 working days in exceptional circumstances).
  • Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (no tracking) - Usually delivered the next working day. It is not a guaranteed next day service, or a tracked service. A signature is required. (Please note that this can take up to 15 working days in exceptional circumstances).
  • Special Delivery - Delivered the next working day
  • Saturday Delivery (deliver only on Sat)
  • Collection from our London Office (between 4-6pm on working days only)
  • For international orders or large/bulky packages within the UK, we ship via DHL or Fedex services. This takes on average 2-5 working days.
