Everything was great with service, quality, customer service was great, only one thing I had problems with is the web page wouldn’t always let me go back to change things so I had to keep on asking for help from staff online which was really helpful and fast on getting back to me. Last year I ordered fabric labels, they were finished perfectly and look good on the clothes. I ordered some more this year and it wasn’t as good. There is burnt marks on edges on some of them. The satin is still nice and logo was printed nicely, it’s just a shame that about 5-8 labels out of 20 had burnt marks.
The labels arrived on time. Despite the burnt marks on edges, I will still places with this company in future.
