From ordering to delivery was 3 days. The fabric is lovely and exactly what I wanted. My only disappointment was with FedEx as I went to check to see if my parcel was being delivered on the Tuesday only to discover the picture of the note on my front door that says do NOT put parcels over the side gate. I was home all day and not once was there a knock on my door but they had put the parcel over the side gate and not even let anyone know they were there. Lucky that contrado packaged the material so well as it was outside in the rain all night because I didnt know it was there.

The product was very good and to my specifications. Only wish they sent product direct to Canada via UPS and not through the US so had to pay tariff.

Contrado offers custom fabric printing and I have purchased their leatherette with a custom print for bag making. I love the color saturation and the fabric weight. They are easy to work with making it easy to design and order

The fabric is lovely, seems to a much better quality then anything I have found in stores near me. They have also sent me free material which I thought was wonderful. The difficulty is matching the correct material with my needs. My daughter has also gotten material from here and I asked which material she had gotten. she told which one and so I ordered that material and it isn't the same at all. I have ordered the samples so the I can try to get this right but still seem to always get something I wasn't expecting.
