Service and quality of products is great. Standard of product is high and I have had a good experience. Software to place custom images is very easy to use Would ask if you can consider reducing the thickness of the papaer used in your wrapping paper product. It is almost walpaper thickness and difficult to use as wrapping paper. This is my only comment, the rest of the stuff was great! (wrapping paper was too, just a tad thick thats all)
