When you design your own espadrilles, you will receive a pair of shoes that are handmade specifically for you. Your wedges are made from several components; the wedge heel is made from natural jute, which gives your wedge the classic espadrille look. The exterior of the shoe is made from a linen look fabric, and the lining from cotton drill. You can choose from a leather or fabric inner sole.

At Contrado we pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers a range of vegan and animal-friendly products. These wedges are no exception. Made with two different binding colour options, you also have the choice of inner sole materials. There is a non-printed porcine leather sole, or the alternative is the printed fabric inner sole. This option will make your wedge entirely vegan.

You can customise up to 6 sections of each of your shoes. This means when you design your own espadrilles, you really do have total control of how they look. We print into the fibres of the canvas, creating a lasting print. You can customise the entire body of the wedge, including the outer and inner tongue, the toe, and, if opting for the fabric inner sole, you can print on this as well.
