Thank you everything was exactly how i wanted the quality of fabric was good and the print was clear .however because of others mistake i got my fabric late your customer service was great and you checked it for me twice.

My daughter got some of her textile design work printed by Contrado. The information and process for uploading the design and choosing a fabric were very easy indeed, and the finished fabric (which arrived very quickly) was beautiful, beyond her and my expectations. It was a wonderful moment, opening the package and seeing it! Very reasonable price too. Thank you!

Your response and turn around time is excellent but I did find using the website tricky as I was trying to upload two different images to have printed at the same time. In the end I formatted them myself in frustration and then uploaded them. I’m sure you must be able to do this on your website but I couldn’t work out how.

I requested various size samples of my designs - printed on different velvet weights. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of my order. I also requested the swatch packs and they have inspired me! I recommend these. I also ordered printed wrist bands and neck 'tube' scarves.
