Fabric samples were great , really good quality. Only issue was with my chenille sample .... it wasn’t chenille ? I received a sort of chiffon instead? Otherwise great product quality and fast service!

SHrinkage problems
I have been using Contrado quite a lot and this time ran up against some problems with my design shrinking. They were very helpful while pointing out that it does say on the website that this can happen so I can’t complain. My top tip to anyone would be to make sure that you print a little extra each time so there is fabric to spare if you need it. Contrado people dealt with my problem incredibly quickly even though it was over a bank holiday.

hONESTLY? Awesome.
I've been expanding my costume making hobby to having certain elements printed, I encountered Contrado by chance and yeah, I'm really really happy with them. It is in fact a human checking your stuff before printing and they do contact you to verify any problem areas (they highlight the potential problem area for you) so you can change or keep them. (Most of my own stuff just needs to look good from 6ft photography distance, so small flaws like blurred edges don't particularly matter too much for me but it's really nice to see they care about YOUR product) fabric is great quality, prints are are fantastic and I'm a very pleased customer and have made several purchases with no problems at all.
