BAUBLE GIFT BOX STICKER CREASED

The box lid had a creased sticker on it. Not badly creased, because it was not observable under strong lighting, however, it was disappointing. A sticker with a busy pattern and more colour may help. There was also an area of white around the image, not picked up by the camera, so the area for the image looked smaller. The hanger could also have been more generous in length. Otherwise, the quality of the products I received was fabulous.

OUTSTANDING QUALITY OF PRINT AND FINISHING

I had a design printed on to silk for a cushion, note cards and tea towels. The colours and image qualty were exceptional and the finishing of the cushion and tea towels excellent. My order was processed and delivered within a few days. I will certainly use Contrado for future projects.

Helpful remake

The product arrived with a small section of the piping coming out. Contrado reviewed my pics of the issue and responded helpfully by remaking the product quickly and sending a replacement. Overall I was happy with the silk cushion. For a mass produced product the quality was OK, but I would like to see a higher zipper quality than just the pull option. The actual zip is cheap when you consider the cushion is silk and aimed at a luxury market.
